Spencer Moody from Murder City Devils is the guest DJ at The Beauty Bar. I ended up drawing a couple hundred skulls for this one—gotta love a skull with glasses. Using gold and black ink I printed these on a cream stock and got to use a new back stamp also!

Spy Island

So Spy Island has a new record called at the vegan witch trials. I was asked to make a limited (only 100!) run of letterpressed album covers for the upcoming CD release show. They wanted something that reflected the original design that looked good letterpressed and stayed within a small budget. Beauty Bar Portland Grand Opening Posters

I screen printed these 11x15 posters in my basement for the Beauty Bar Portland. They wanted some hand printed posters of the invite I designed/printed for opening night. I wanted to make the poster a little more special so I opted for the black + metallic gold combo instead of black and pink. The gold turned out really well, and really gives the design a new feel. I did a few on chipboard as well and the gold really shines on the brown.
